  Witnessed the staff handling a combative/difficult customer... Keep up the great work and your smiling faces. Large selection of mailing supplies and the staff was super helping in finding me the cheapest/best solution! Even though I was being a token tourist!!!

  Kind of ridiculous how my package arriving at 6:50 am then sent to the office around 11:30 and wasn't able to be delivered to me that same day... I called they said they're close and all the ups trucks came back at 4 pm. And the ignorant lady said they had around 300 packages to deal with an in the grand scheme of things that's not a lot ... you guys act like that's a crazy amount but compare to other post offices that's nothing. Honestly it seems like you're lazy and clearly don't have any sort of sympathy so here I am knowing my pack has been in Roswell since yesterday and I still don't have it ... I could have save them trouble of delivering so I offered to pick it up but was rejected by that idea faster than you can say "Donald Trump" but I'm all seriousness the post office is a bit on they lazy side closing up at 4 when they're web page says 6 so glad this my last package I'm ordering for a while. Now that I won't have to deal with people like this
